Russian expert community is viewing the situation around the COVID-19 pandemic as preparation for the World War of a new type, and perhaps as the beginning of it.
Alexander Sobyanin, Russian military analyst and political director of the Kochevnik Fund for the Cultural Development of Peoples, said in an interview with wek.ru that the coronavirus COVID-19 is a geostrategic and global – not just East Asian – operation of the U.S. intelligence services.Supposedly, it was started from the geopolitical and financial struggle with the People's Republic of China (PRC,) weakened mutual support of the Communist Party and the Chinese residents and supported the Chinese anti-communist opposition. According to him, coronavirus might be a “military” virus developed by the Chinese military services. In China, it might have been spread by traitors and Chinese insiders cooperating with American spies.Sobyanin noted that however, it should be especially stressed that the operation is a geostrategic and financial development and aims at blocking groups of states around Germany and Russia, as well as China, Japan, North Korea and South Korea from world trade and financial flows.Vadim Veschezerov, a Russian political technologist, writes on Facebook: “Reaction of world leaders increasingly resembles July 1914. The main and completely unlearned lesson of that month: the crisis begins instantaneously on a global scale and to the full extent. The so-called “escalation of the crisis” only reflects the growing degree of understanding of decision-makers of what is happening. Nobody starts the World War. Everybody is solving minor official matters on the edge of geography. At the moment, when everything has already happened and all Europe is trenched, everybody is surprised...how could all of it come about?The second unlearned lesson: generals always prepare for the wars that have already ended while presidents, kings and secretaries-general for the crises that are gone. The wars and crises don't repeat. The phase of transition has begun. The collapse of old structures has moved to the stage of “aggravated reaction” and by autumn we will see a new world. Chances are we will not like it. However, it will be interesting. One thing calms down a little bit -- the traditional idea of fight-Russia-during-the-global-crisis seems to have been buried in August 2014.”I respectfully disagree with the honored experts. In my opinion, the World War has already begun. Only the means used this time are completely different from all previous global “skirmishes” between peoples and civilizations. In fact, the United States has used biological weapons of mass destruction against China, its main rival.A few days ago, Lijian Zhao, spokesman and deputy CEO of the Chinese Foreign Ministry's information department, accused the US of spreading coronavirus. In his Twitter account he referred to the statement of Robert R. Redfield, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, who said during hearings in the US House of Representatives that some of the 34 mln cases of flu in the US (20,000 deaths) had been actually infected with COVID-19.In fact, Lijian Zhao accused the US of using a biological weapon: “Some influenza victims were actually infected with COVID-19, Robert Redfield from US CDC admitted at the House of Representatives. US reported 34 million cases of influenza and 20,000 deaths. Please tell us how many are related to COVID-19? CDC was caught on the spot. When did patient zero appear in US? How many people are infected? What are the names of the hospitals? It might be US army who brought the epidemic to Wuhan. Be transparent! Make public your data! US owe us an explanation!”It is hard to understand why the U.S. hid coronavirus infection of its own citizens before the epidemic hit China. Most likely, it happened against the backdrop of a deadly feud and, in fact, a war between democrats and republicans. Why did patient zero appear in the US and not in Canada? A bio lab that studied the coronavirus is located there. Where from was the deadly infection brought to China? The intelligence agencies of the U.S. and Canada may know the answer to this question. However, they are unlikely to share this knowledge.Anyway, a new type of world war has begun. During it, there are no shots or explosions, and the death toll is immeasurably smaller than in wars with conventional or nuclear weapons.Nevertheless, the biological attack has reached the target set by the attacker. All countries in the world are closing their borders and minimizing international traffic flows. In fact, this is the end of globalization.The initiators of what is going on are to be looked for among those who benefit from it.
