Ukrainian Terrorists and Their Accomplices are Identified and Caught

The Russian Investigative Committee (RIC) and the Federal Security Service (FSB) identified the organizers of the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, which occurred in the early hours of October 8.

Kirill Budanov, the current head of military intelligence of Ukraine, was named as the organizer of the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge. As part of the criminal case, the accomplices to this crime – five Russian citizens and three citizens of Ukraine and Armenia – have already been detained.

According to the FSB, the explosives were in rolls of construction polyethylene film on 22 pallets with a total weight of 22,770 kg.

On August 22, 2022, this deadly cargo was shipped from the seaport of Odessa to the Bulgarian port of Ruse under a contract between TransLogistics UA (Kiev) and Baltex Capital S.A. (Ruse). Georgian citizens Sandro Inosaridze and a broker named Levan, Armenian citizen Artur Terchanyan, as well as Ukrainian citizens Mikhail Tsyurkalo, Denis Olegovich Kovach and Roman Solomko were involved in organizing the transportation from Bulgaria to the port of Poti (Georgia) and then to Armenia.

Then from September 29 to October 3 the cargo was customs cleared at Transalliance terminal in Yerevan in accordance with the EEU rules. The documents were changed immediately. According to them the shipper was then named GU ARJ Group (Armenia, Alaverdi) and the recipient was Lider (Moscow).

On October 4, the explosives weighing 23 tons in a DAF truck registered in Georgia crossed the Russian-Georgian border at Upper Lars border crossing point and on October 6, the pallets with deadly cargo were unloaded at a wholesale base of Armavir.

With the help of five citizens of the Russian Federation and citizens of Ukraine Vladimir Zloba and Roman Solomko the documents for the cargo were changed again on October 7. This time the producer of the construction polyethylene film was named TEK-34 (Ulyanovsk city), and the recipient was a non-existent company in Crimea.

At the same time, the explosives in rolls were loaded into the truck of the Russian citizen Mahir Yusubov, born in 1971, who left for Simferopol. On October 8, 2022 at 06:07 a.m., when the truck was driving over the Crimean bridge, it was blown up.

According to the FSB, the movement of the “infernal machine” along the entire route was controlled, as well as the interaction of the criminals by an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (HUR MO) a certain "Ivan Ivanovich", who used for coordination an anonymous number, bought on the Internet and registered to Andreychenko Sergey Vladimirovich, a citizen of Ukraine, a resident of Kremenchug.

As known, four people died as a result of the terrorist act carried out by the criminals. The investigation continues, and all of its organizers and accomplices will be prosecuted in accordance with Russian law.

Meanwhile, today, on October 12, a citizen of Ukraine, born in 1967, was detained in Bryansk, who was going to carry out an explosion at the transport and logistics terminal. On the instructions of the SBU he arrived in the Bryansk region via transit from Kiev through Estonia, where the Ukrainian special services had already prepared for him a cache with components for an explosive device. A bomb was assembled in a rented apartment under the control of a Ukrainian explosives technician.

According to the Center of Public Relations of the FSB, the terrorist “had an explosive device with a mass of about 3 kg in TNT equivalent, which he had made on the basis of an anti-tank guided missile, as well as means of communication to maintain contact with the SBU officers. The repentant criminal is cooperating with the investigation.”

Another citizen of Ukraine was detained today in the suburbs of Moscow by officers of the Federal Security Service. He turned out to be a 50-year-old SBU agent who was preparing a terrorist attack in the Moscow Region. The terrorist had equipped a hiding place in a car, where he had hidden two Igla portable anti-aircraft missile systems and drove it on the territory of the Russian Federation from Estonia.

According to experts, he planned to attack a civilian aircraft taking off or landing near one of the Moscow airports. The terrorist has already repented and is now actively cooperating with the investigation. We are waiting for more revelations.
